I’m leaving…on a…n almost cliched heading :P

Well…my visit to Indore has finally come to an end. I’m leaving for Mumbai on the 27th, and then flying back to Singapore on the 31st.

This past one month has been fun, a bit bland in the middle…but great none the less . There was dieting, there was good food too…there was boozing, there were movies, and lots of catching up with old friends.

This past one week has been pretty good. Apart from the daily dose of anime, I’ve shopped my heart out ! I guess there must be a woman inside me somewhere, because I find immense pleasure in the act of shopping (and finding bargains,hehe).

Also caught two movies today…one was really good (Pirates of the Carribean 2) and one extremely bad (Golmaal). Its a shame that Bollywood still churns out such rubbish in the name of cinema (well atleast the editing has gotten better, but a bit overdone). In fact editing may be the only redeeming feature of Golmaal…coz the comedy is sick, the acting terrible,the dialogues incredibly outdated and retarded,the direction…hmm…was there any?? The songs are mediocre, the BG music extremely irritating…no plot whatsoever (haha…big surprise )…in short…typical bolloywood comedy. It may be a hit for all I know .

That said, one Bollywood movie I am eagerly awaiting is Omkara! I loved Maqbool, so its obvious that I have really high expectations from Omkara. And so far, the trailers and music have not disappointed. Just listen to the rustic “Beedi” to find out what I’m talking about…Sasureeeeeeee !
